The facilities are wonderful for corporate entertaining, the staff are efficient, courteous and unobtrusive and the catering is always excellent. Combined with fantastic performances - it all makes for very enjoyable evenings.
With its magnificent backdrop of Arthur's Seat, the Scottish Power Gallery at the Festival Theatre provided the perfect setting for our event, and the staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring our needs were met and that we received good value for money. We had a lovely event and a number of our guests commented specifically on how much they had enjoyed the venue itself.

Looking for a special venue for a meeting, conference or a party? Then look no further! At the Festival Theatre we have flexible spaces to meet all your needs, so why not give us a try? From our modern foyers (with great views of Arthur's Seat) to the smaller Founders Room and Empire Rooms.
The main auditorium is occasionally available for large meetings, but the Empire Rooms, used in the evenings for corporate and private hospitality for theatregoers, are often available during the day for meetings and smaller conferences. The suite is a flexible space divided by high quality, easily moveable acoustic partitions and leads directly into the Johnnie Walker Bar which, when there is no show on, can also be used for informal meals and coffee breaks. Catering is managed in-house and can be adapted to suit both budget and occasion. See our sample menus and wine lists.
